You will have an estimated waiting time of two (2) weeks to receive your prescription medications after your order is placed.

• After CPSI has completed your patient profile and the U.S. Licensed Canadian Pharmacy has received your VALID prescriptions, your prescriptions will be processed in 2-3 business days.
• You should allow up to 3 weeks for shipping from the pharmacy to avoid running out of your prescription medications. It is best to carefully plan your order and refills in advance by taking advantage of CPSI's reminder program.

Shipping and handling charges to the USA are $13.00 USD. per package for prescription items.

• The $13.00 USD. shipping and handling fee applies to each parcel, not prescription.
• If all your prescription medications fit in one parcel, you will pay one shipping fee.

All prescription sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. The dispensing pharmacy cannot legally accept or restock orders that are cancelled or refused after they have left the pharmacy.
