What if my prescription medication is not currently available?
Our inventory is continually being updated. Please call us again at 1-888-818-2706. Upon request, we can contact you when your medication becomes available.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The usual delivery period is between 2 to 3 weeks from the time we place your order. For more information see Shipping.
How do I go about cancelling an order?
The pharmacy must be notified of your desire to cancel the order before your prescription leaves the Canadian pharmacy. Once the medication leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason.
British Columbia College of Pharmacists regulations state that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1). There are identical laws in the United States. This prevents possible drug tampering.
Will I incur any other fees besides the cost of the medication and the shipping cost?
This is a free service offered by CPSI. There are no hidden fees, no membership fees, no programs to join.
Are these prescription medications the same as we get here in the U.S.?
The Brand name prescription medications are made by the same pharmaceutical company, in the same strength and quality. However, sometimes the name, color or shape may be slightly different.
Are all prescription medications that are available in the U.S. available though you?
Some medications may not be available as conditions fluctuate. Contact CPSI at 1-888-818-2706 and we will be happy to help you find out if a particular medication is available and what the cost would be.
Is there a shipping fee added for each prescription?
No, there is only one shipping fee per package.
How much medication can I get at one time?
The U.S. Licensed Canadian Pharmacy ships ninety (90) days worth of prescription medications at a time. This amount is considered a personal supply.
